Terms of Use
Last updated: July 1, 2026
By downloading or using Brisk, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Brisk.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Brisk on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Brisk is informational only — not safety or medical advice
Brisk combines third-party environmental data into a single score and a suggested time window. It is not medical, health, or safety advice, and is not a substitute for official warnings or professional judgment. Conditions can change quickly, and data can be inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable. Do not rely on Brisk for decisions where an error could cause harm — including medical conditions, severe weather, or safety-critical activity. Always follow official advisories (for example, the National Weather Service) and your own judgment.

Disclaimers
Brisk is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the score, the window, or any data will be accurate, timely, or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gopal Iyer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on Brisk.
